I've used this company twice now and each time the customer service has been top notch. Delivery of my purchases have been fast and hassle free. I have purchased the Platignum Studio Fountain pens and I can honestly say they are VERY good quality for the money. I've used Parkers and other 'high' end pens and they have not been as good.
