I had a conservatory 3 years ago, the sills lifted twice due to either very poor workmanship or design. It has been going since last year. Due to covid 19 there some delays, however Pennine engineers turned up twice to fix sills in the last six months, once in March 21 but they brought the wrong materials and the second time turned up now with no enough materials. I found after care incompetent and above all dishonest. It is a myth that Pennine being top end window. The quality of their products average hence the faults and workmanship is horrendous to say the least. My sincere advise please do not use this company as they use third parties and you Will suffer.
