For the second time of ordering recently, I didn't receive an email confirmation that my order had been received. When I phoned, I was told that the IT Dept would be contacted to see what the problem was. I didn't hear any more, so now believe you don't send out automatic email order confirmations, which I always get from other companies ? Also, it's quite standard to get a despatch note inside the package, which I haven't had on 2 orders, although that isn't so much of an issue. Finally, the small pocket sized cardboard boxes to hold the mints, needs re-design, as it's very difficult to get the boxes open without tearing the lid. If my rating was purely on the mints, it would be a 5, but with the other issues, it has to be a 3.
