Love the Peppersmith Spearmint Xylitol mints. Using them as part of Dr Ellie Phillips (dentist) keeping teeth healthy plan. Xylitol is very good for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. No sugar or artificial sweeteners - yeah! The Xylitol used by Peppersmith is extracted from oats and is also commonly extracted from the bark of birch trees.
