We did a chicken BBQ last weekend using Perdue leg quarters , I was very disappointed . When we opened the cases of chicken there were some leg quarters but there was also a lot of backs , drumsticks and a occasional wing in the cases . When I grill to sell to the public I expect quality not garbage and this was garbage it should have been used as soup pieces not sale , along with the mix of cuts there was no uniformity in the pieces , some were so scrawny they weren't worth the time. Hopefully someone up the ladder pays attention to this because it was embarrassing as well as a rip off .
