I never received a bag I ordered on 19 January. I queried this on 28 Jan.
First they said they would email me back later on 28 Jan to confirm that the bag would be in stock and posted on 1 Feb. On that basis I agreed to wait a few more days. They did not email me on 28 Jan. Nor did they send the bag on 1 Feb.
On 3 Feb, I email again, and then they told me that the bag will be in stock on 4 Feb, and they would email on 4 Feb with tracking information. On that basis, I agreed to wait another couple of days. They did not send the bag. They did not email me.
I chase again, and they again tell me that the bag is out of stock, but more stock is due today, and that I will have a bag delivered tomorrow.
I no longer believe them. In fact, I tried to phone them on the number given in their email replies, and there is no answer. Is this even a real number? Does this company even exist?
So they have been stringing me along for weeks now, all the while they have my money, they have lied and lied, promising bags they do not send, and promising to keep me informed by emails they also never send. This is a despicable infuriating organization.
