My dog is an awkward size and we have struggled to get a harness that would fit him when someone from our dog training recommended perfect fit. I went on and was not sure of size so spoke with a member of staff through the website chat box and they helped me work out my dogs size they also offered to send extra sizes so I could check and send back what I didn't need. Everything was very simple and the staff were amazing this is now my second harness as I was so impressed with the quality. They also offered me the option to send a picture of my dog in the harness to help make sure I have the perfect fit.
