Our puppy loves her perfect fit harness. She didn't like the previous harness that went over her head but seems to find this one comfy and is happy to wear it, and it's easy for us to put on her. Customer service was excellent - the website advises to call to find the suitable size for a puppy so we did and the one they suggested fits great, with the option to buy larger individual pieces as she grows. I was hesitant to pay a little more than some competitors, but it seems definitely worth the investment.
