The front part of Poppy’s harness broke 2 days before we were due to go on holiday in the slake District and Ruth managed to send one out that day and it was with us the next day in time for our walking holiday with Poppy. Amazing service, and Ruth wouldn’t charge us for the replacement as she said it shouldn’t have broken. We will never buy a harness from anyone but Perfect Fit, such excellent customer focus deserves customer loyalty.
