Gemma at PerfectFit was very helpful, from giving advice about what size to have before odering to explanations after the harness and lead arrived. We emailed some photos plus a girth/chest measurement and from that got exactly the right harness components for our dog, a German Shepherd/Malinois cross. Very impressed by their customer service and the harness looks strong but soft and comfortable allowing the dog to move freely. No hesitation in recommending PerfectFit and looking forward to beginning training with the harness.
