My original PerfectFit harness bought from a pet shop had to be returned as it really wasn't suitable. A full refund was given. I then contacted Perfectfit by phone and spoke to a very helpful customer adviser. I have now received the correct sizes for my dog,who is hard to fit as she's really quite small. Love harness and my dog seems happy and comfortable wearing it. Highly recommend.
