I ordered my dog a 15 harness and unfortunately there were parts of it that didn’t fit and then I thought the top piece was too small. I emailed PerfectFit and they were amazing! They sent me out the bigger size to try. A friend of mine is a stockist in PerfectFit harnesses and she said that the 15 is fine but would need alternative sizes for the top piece etc. On the three occasions that they had to send me out different sizes and pieces, the communication from the staff were amazing! They provided an excellent customer service, extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble! Now I have a harness that fits him I can’t wait to add more colours to his wardrobe.
