We approached PerfectFit as we were struggling to find a harness to fit our cockapoo. Initially I was put through to the overflow team where I was assured that I would get a call from the sales team shortly. The call came very promptly and the sales adviser was very personable and knowledgeable. He explained the modular ordering process and advised the sizes that he recommended. He assured me that if one of the modules wasn't correct (particularly as by virtue of the mixed breeds, every pup would be different) we could return it for a different size. The harness came on time and we trialled it and as it was a really good fit, didn't have to return it. Having tried several harnesses in the past, which were never quite right, I would recommend trying this company if you are struggling to find a suitable harness. There was also a very useful video and pamphlet as to how to fit the harness.
