My journey with PerfectFit started 5 months ago when I placed my first order. Communication & shipping were both very good & the harness arrived a few days later. When I fitted it to my dog it was clear that the recommended size didn't work so I contacted customer service for some help. Without hesitation the arranged for a replacement component to be shipped out, free of charge, to fix the problem! Having tried the replacement for a few weeks there was still some gapping no matter how much I adjusted the harness on my dog, so I reached out for some more assistance to see whether there was something else I should be trying. Yet again without any hesitance, they shipped another replacement component completely free of charge. I've spoken to a few different customer service agents, but specifically Rhi & Steph via Instagram, and everyone has been exceptional. Polite, attentive & nothing was ever too much. Even taking away the replacement components being sent free of charge I thoroughly recommend using PerfectFit for the level of expertise & care. A great product proudly backed by superb staff.
