I LOVE PerfectFit leads - the fleece edges make them so much easier to handle, even when wet. I use the 2m lead because, for me, that length is perfect. Thanks to the multiple "D" rings, I can shorten the lead if necessary or I can use it at full length or I can create a loop handle at one end, so he's got a bit of room to roam and sniff but I'm still in control.
