Good product and delivery. Customer service good too. My dog is s crossbreed and so I messaged the company as instructed. I sent 2 lots of photos and was contacted and told they will send out the new parts for is to try. I did a video and email it to them wearing a new combo and they suggested how to make it a better fit. I tried it and think it fits OK, but am still waiting for a response from my second video - it was only sent 2 days ago though. I don't really like having to pay the cost of postage to return the spare parts to them, especially when I did give measurements initially, as requested.
