Perfect Fit were so helpful in sorting out my dog's new harness. I had ordered a mix of sizes that werent compatible and they pro actively called me to check what i needed. I missed the call and so I sorted the issues out over email and a phone call, they explained how all the pieces can go together and gave me several options to try. They sent me several pieces to try on my dog for free to get the perfect fit. then i simply returned the unwanted pieces - which was super easy to do too. I am very grateful to all the staff at Perfect fit especialy Steph Chamings who took their time to look at photos of my dog and guide me in the right direction. Everything was sorted out quickly too which meant i could take the new harness on holiday as i had hoped! PERFECT FIT ... PERFECT!
