Was uncertain of the correct sizing of the harness required, phoned and spoke to Jake - who guided through the best size options and fittings, he even took the time to guide me through the web pages to ensure I purchased the correct set up. Delivery was superb as was the fit on Mawgan our 4 1/2 month old Welsh Springer Spaniel. Left him wearing the harness for a few hours in the house to get used to it, we then tried a walk. It's quite simply worlds apart from where we were with collar and lead, he was relaxed and just walked slack lead most of the way, there was none of the stress we previously had.
