As a dog trainer finding the right equipment for my own dogs and my students dogs is something that's so important. All I've heard are amazing reports about their customer service and I'd have to say I wholeheartedly agree Having had an issue with my training pouch I have spoken to their customer service team and the support has been outstanding nothing has been too much trouble. Just a personal experience to back up all the wonderful experiences our students are having. I still have my harnesses from years ago and they are just like the day I bought them. Thank you!
