It is indeed a perfectfit! I have one for my older dog and now with another puppy (both cocke spaniels) I went back to perfectfit since she is on the small size o puppys, I sent them an email with her measurements and a picture and they advised on the size. I bought and a quick delivery later, it was a perfect fit! Thank you!
