From beginning to end this experience has been wonderful! The customer service team helped me choose the right size for my puppy. They were so helpful and when his harness arrived, it came with detailed instructions and a video link on how to fit. The harness itself is so sturdy and durable in comparison to others we have had. The way it fits has also really reduced our puppy’s anxiety. Will never buy from anywhere else. 10/10
