I know that your harnesses are wonderful, which is why I was so happy to win one in a charity raffle in July.
Since emailing and sending my and my dog's details, I've heard nothing. I've called on numerous occasions, and each time I've been told that there's no one from that department who was available, but someone would call me back. No one has called.
I donated to the same raffle, and honoured my donation. It's incredibly disappointing that a company of your reputation doesn't do the same.
