First ordered 1 days before Christmas, it did not arrive a few days after the despatch date so contacted customer service who dealt with the problem by despatching a replacement, which arrived 48 hours later. (1st order must have been lost in the Christmas post. )
As to the harness itself, fits perfectly, easy to adjust and dress our dog. No need to push her head through a small hole as we had to on the first harness(different manufacturer).
Sturdy clips for fitting, and padded areas where contact with her body.
