Absolutely fantastic customer service. I wasn't sure what size to buy as we have a 10mth retriever, but a quick call and a few questions and it was sent straight out - I opted for first class delivery and it was with me the next day! After trying it on, I wasn't convinced I had quite the right size so I sent some pictures and had a chat with customer services again who advised how to adjust it to fit perfectly- they were incredibly patient on the phone while I attempted to fit and adjust it. Highly recommend both the company and product. I love that it's modular so you can really get the perfect fit!
