The perfect fit harness is great "fits perfectly". The customer service is very professional and caring. The ordering on line, by phone, was difficult. I put a harness on my basket then changed my mind on colour so added a different one. Went into my basket to delete the first one and it wouldn't do it. The young lady on the chat was telling me how to do it but that was from a computer or iPad, I don't have either. I'm a retired lady that only has a phone. I think customer services and tech team should be made aware that not everyone is sat in front of desktop computer. If people are being made to order on line, this should be easy to use on all appliances!!!
