Do not order from this company.......We ordered our windows and roof lights in June, they were promised 6 - 8 weeks later in August, then September and we are still waiting with no firm date for when our order will be completed. The most frustrating aspect of this is the complete lack of communication from the company. We have received no updates, when you do get to speak to someone they promise to call you back but don't. Perfect Crystal Windows appear to have a good product, a nice showroom and promise much but they do not deliver and the customer service is very poor. Go somewhere else.
