Took 6 months from ordering to fitting. We have been left with a bowed frame, gaps round frames where rain and cold are coming in, insecure window frame which moves when you open the window, wrong patio door, damaged property and damaged windows. They are not acknowledging many of the issues and are telling us we have to wait 2 months before someone will come out to look at the issues as they are busy.
