Guter Service, schnelle Reaktionszeit. Die Puppe an sich ist ein Traum, unglaublich was heutzutage möglich ist. Habe mich über den zweiten Gratiskopf aus der Frühlingsaktion sehr gefreut. Produktions- und Lieferzeit waren mit ca. 7 Wochen angegeben, am am Ende waren es eher 8 oder 9. War aber in Ordnung, da man in der Zwischenzeit mit Infos versorgt wird und der Livechat auf der Webseite auch top erreichbar ist.
