Buyer beware - Elongated delivery times, poor product and terrible customer service. Order placed at the start of Week 1. Dispatch notice day 2 of week 2. (Longer than the 72 hours). No updates despite chasing till order delivered Day 3 of WEEK 5. Whilst a 5 week delivery timescale was disappointing, even more disappointed to discover that the glasses were unusable as the strength of the prescription fitted to the glasses was completely incorrect. A long and protracted e-mail exchange with PerfectGlasses ensued where they continually stalled and delayed the conversation, chose to ignore my repeated requests to return the unusable glasses to them, or to process a refund given that the goods provided were not in line with the sales agreement. Left the issue in the hands of my credit card provider and ordered elsewhere. (Who delivered the correct prescription in 3 days...)
