Still waiting for my no quibble refund, over a month now. Perfect glasses are refusing to refund me until I remove my review, that sounds like quibbling to me. My useless glasses were posted back to them (recorded) and they received them on the 5th January its now the 23rd.
I have now had to get my credit card company involved and the trading standards.
Avoid at all costs.
