Discovering the Perfect Hair Health community was like discovering my own band of angel-level allies. It's a truly supportive network of not only peers who're in varying stages of their own hair loss journey, but also some extremely well-informed contributors like @sanderson17 and Rob, the founder himself. There are also resources/information galore, well written for laymen. I've been fortunate to have a couple of 1:1 sessions with Rob and he is nothing short of kind and passionate about this complex realm. I've been frustrated for years about having to do my own research or being callously led down too many paths of trial & error. Working with Rob and Perfect Hair Health has encouraged me to continue the marathon, in a more systematic way that rebuilds hope.
