I can't say enough good things about Rob. It's a breathe of fresh air for someone to approach hair loss with such honesty and integrity. I bought Rob's book before the membership came out in 2019. Perfect Hair Health was the light at the end of a long long long long tunnel. I started the massages and committed partly to the lifestyle changes, and within a matter of a month, my hair loss had completely halted. Greatest part about it...it basically cost me nothing. A little elbow grease on the fingers, a pinch of discipline and I was good to go. From there, I've experienced some commendable regrowth :) After our recent Skype call, all the positive qualities Rob appeared to possess were validated. I'm pretty sure I'd let him watch my theoretical children :) Business owners have a tendency to acquire a chip on their shoulder as they gain a larger following. Let me be the first to tell you, Rob doesn't have this chip, nor does he know about the chip. I'm not even sure if he considers himself a business owner lol. He addresses each member with the intention of providing them with the most help, plain and simple. He's set up a membership that is unimpeded by a company's need to sell sell sell. In other words, no more rollercoaster for the pattern hair loss sufferers. Just research, potential answers that show promise, and a helpful community of those with a common prerogative. There's honestly nothing else like it. Would give it 10 stars if I could :) All the best to you Rob
