Having been struggling with my hair loss journey for almost a year, one of my regrets is not having found Perfect Hair Health and its community earlier. The information on the site is robust, well-documented, objective, and so diverse in nature that anyone facing this predicament, regardless of the causations, would be likely to benefit. Rob is a one-of-a-kind type of guy; I have been working with him 1 on 1 since joining the site. He is detail oriented, a repository of knowledge in the medical realm as well as through anecdote and multiple perspectives. He truly cares about the community members; I can tell that building Perfect Hair Health is a genuine passion project of his, as he has been exceptionally personable and empathetic in providing granular and specific advice. What I also enjoy about the website, community, and content is that it draws upon multiple schools, research, and objective knowledge. In hairloss communities online, viewpoints are extreme on multiple ends of the opinion spectrum. Rob's info and community is very objective, open-minded, and non-dismissive. There is great reverence to the idea that there is no one-size-fit-all for everyone. There are no absolutes but rather timeless inquisitiveness and I appreciate that very much.
