I have had numerous orders that were missing vapes inside package. This is now the third time I have had an order missing vapes within the package. Once I reach out to customer service they take very long to respond if they respond at all. I usually have to send around 3 emails over a 2 week period to get a response.
My last order was missing 4 units (including a casing missing a disposable vape inside). They only reimbursed me $32 when the reimbursement should be $50. I questioned customer service and they said it's basically not their fault that I received an empty casing. Customer service then told me they were only reimbursing me for 3 vapes, which still doesn't make sense because that should be $40.
Poor customer service, and does not put the customer first. If you plan on placing decent size orders ($50 and up) I recommend going elsewhere. If you are ordering 1-2 vapes you should be fine.
