I purchased a Geek Vape Aegis X from PerfectVape in April, by September it had stopped turning on. I chalked it up to a dud and purchased another one on September 29th, which was delivered on October 1st. By November 1st I had the exact same issue, so I e-mailed their customer service. This was part of the response I received, “ I do apologize Perfect Vape can no longer compensate for defective mods as it has been past the 30 day warranty.” So because I e-mailed them 31 days after I received the mod, they can’t help me. That’s 2 Aegis X’s that don’t work in a little more than 6 months, over $100, and they can’t help me. Not to mention that Geek Vape’s warranty states that their products are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase and to go through the retailer. So either they’re in direct violation of their warranty, or they’re not an authorized dealer. There was nothing perfect about my experience with PerfectVape.com. I will never order from them again, and I suggest you do the same.
