Man hat das Gefühl, dass der Kunde voll und ganz in den Mittelpunkt gestellt wird. Äußerst nette und vor allem kompetente Mannschaft! Was mir besonders gefällt: während meine Gattin in aller Ruhe etwas aussucht, sitze ich bei exzellentem Kaffee beim Seniorchef (falls er nicht gerade bei den Fischen ist) und sprechen mit ihm über Gott und die Welt. Das nenne ich Kundenbetreuung, die besser nicht sein kann. Wir sind daher Stammkunden geworden und das freut uns und - wie wir bei jedem Besuch erneut feststellen - wir sind Freunde geworden!
