The course was comprehensive and reflected my state exam. I just followed the modules, quizzes and then purchased the Perry Prep+ right before the exam. I didn’t have to get the prep course as the material in the courses was more than enough to pass. However, I’m historically a horrible test taker, so I purchased the prep course just in case. Both Perry products were high quality. I passed my state exam on the first try and was well above the passing threshold. Thank you to the great folks at Perry for their support, dedication to answering my questions, accessibility, and encouragement! I will only be using Perry for my CE and any other real estate course I may need.
