I appalled customer service at every step of the way, failed to check documents, and did not take a photo of both sides of my driving license on the first visit. I had to get a taxi back from Bolton to Manchester. did even offer a refund of the taxi fare Has my part x car insurance run out as I arrived? That was a schoolboy's area. rushed signatures failed to send the V5C documents for over 5 weeks I have been waiting. I am no sales person but I sorted my second car out in 1 week from changing reg and getting the V5C back. They also Extras that are not worth having as MG covered it for 7 years, the car is only 3 years old . MG cover the paint and mechanical warranty yes i been sold that as a extra. after me saying i get it on PCP as i only be keeping the car 36 months . that be the sales man after his cut of it. i called at Perrys Bury who told "me i was right not needed unless your keeping the car for 2 years after the MG warranty runs out" or 80,000. Mg motors told me the same. If you need extra best bet go direct you save 25% on the cost of it and also the interest on your PCP or finance. Saving all round. I couldn't recommend Bolton Perry to anyone unless you like being messed about.
