I was very happy with the service from Personalised favours. I bought a wooden plaque with my sons name and 2 middle names. After the first design was sent to me, i asked them to move both middle names to the second row and the first name on the first line, I know that I approved the next design sent to me, however when it arrived the 2 middle names on the same line were different font sizes. Again I'm aware I made this error when I approved the design quickly after they altered for my request.
