Heya, Sorry, I've tried calling the aus number provided in emails but I can't get through- I've received someone else's order entirely, someone by the name of Carla Lawandos Order number: AU389974 I've spoken to someone from the nz phone-in who wasn't very helpful apart from you need to review the email and photos I've sent through. I'm not sure when you'll get this but I'm needing my box that I ordered by the 20th Feb which I'm assuming is very unlikely to be done and received in time now.
