Card arrived without any bubble wrap protection so was a little bent.
But worse than this was that my message was not fully printed and so off-centre. Surely someone checks the cards before they are delivered.
I have used other personalised sites before and have never had a problem.
Fortunately my friend saw the funny side but I was embarrassed!
