I ordered personalised engraved glasses and chose express delivery even though it didn't apply to engraved items - I missed that on the website! But when I rang and explained my mistake and that they were a wedding gift needed by the end of the week, I was told that it would be looked into asap. It was, and I received an email the same say to verify that. I received them in time and they're lovely - the newlyweds loved them! Thank you, to Hazel in customer services for excellent service.
