We bought a personalised book of historic newspaper stories about a football club. It was promptly delivered and well packed, and the gift box that we paid extra for was handsome. The personalisation on the book cover was good, though discreet (ie. small). The personalisation on the title page was nicely done, but appeared to be on a high-quality sticker rather than printed on the page. The printing on the title page itself showed a bit of banding running up the paper, faded lines through the pictures. However, this wasn't present in the rest of the book. As the articles are newspaper reprints, there are period details and stories elsewhere on each page that willy-nilly provide extra interest and context. It's a tad pricey, but made an appropriate and much appreciated gift.
