I ordered a t-shirt and after 5 days I contacted them to enquire about the delivery date as it is now near Christmas and I wanted to make sure it would arrive in the next few days. I was simply asked 'what size do you require?'. When I explained that I had already ordered the item 5 days ago and it was an XL, I was told the lead time for making the item is 4 days. Again I explained that I had made the order 5 days ago and was eventually told that I had not specified the size when ordering. I then pointed out that, if that was the case (which is unlikely) then I should not have been able to complete the order. Even if there was a system issue where you can place the order, why did no-one contact me? Had I not contact them to make an enquiry I would still be waiting for a t-shirt that was never going to arrive. There was no reply to this message. No offer was made to speed up the order and get it to me for Christmas. I am still waiting for the refund which I have been assured will appear at some point.
