I ordered a personalised phone case for my younger brother's birthday, and paid almost £7 for next day delivery. I was surprised that this delivery was even an option, as obviously personalised items take longer to make and dispatch, however I paid the extra costs thinking that it would be arriving the next day. After not arriving the next day, I frequently checked the status of my item, and it was not even dispatched until 4-5 days after I had originally ordered it, therefore not arriving in time for my brother's birthday. It seems baffling that a next day delivery option is even on offer, when the company cannot fulfil this requirement. Although the product is of brilliant quality, I was disappointed as I had paid £7 for something that should've arrived the next day but took almost a week. If you cannot deliver something next day, do not put it as an option. Or even still, if you cannot deliver next day- at least have the decency to give a refund.
