Today I received delivery of my : personalised Leicester City FC dressing room mug, which was ordered on 8/11/19.
However the courier said that the mug had been damaged in transit, as the broken pieces could clearly be heard from within the
unopened box. The courier made a note on their PDA that the item had been delivered in a damaged state, and that it will be returned. When my purchase is re sent, I would like it to be delivered in a bigger box, and the mug to be wrapped in sufficient
bubble wrap to protect it whilst in transit.
