Cup arrived broken, I sent photos of the cup to the sales department who said I wouldn’t need to return the cup as they could see the evidence from the photos, they said they would send out another cup as a matter of urgency. After that email 4 days ago I have received no other correspondence. I have emailed a further 3 times and messaged their Facebook page. They haven’t provided a refund or replacement which I think is disgusting. If they do I would be happy to change my review
