The lady on the telephone was so kind and helpful in getting my order correct. My eldest daughter recently died and I wanted to give a suitable gift to three young people who loved her. I ordered a lovely heart shaped friendship locket for each of them and had their names engraved on the back. I am absolutely thrilled with the result, the engraving is beautifully done and I am sure my daughter's friends will be thrilled to receive them.
