The service I received when I phoned to place an order was impeccable. The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly. I did however place my order online and the lady in question gave me a code for the inscription and all went very well. When the locket arrived I was delighted with it and was my daughter as it was her 50th birthday present and it arrived precisely on the date I requested.
