Service and delivery was great. Wanted to update the engraving 1 day after my order and Paula very kindly did this for me also sent me instructions to fill the locket when the ashes kit was out of stock. When the kit was back in stock, was notified immediately and given 5% off. The necklace is a beautiful and thoughtful gift and both this and the ashes kit arrived on the same day.
